WiseFlow ("WiseFlow," "we," "us," or "our") operates wiseflow.co (the "Site") and provides business-automation consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you — including specific rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This policy is written for visitors and clients in the United States. It's a general-purpose policy, not a substitute for legal advice — if your situation needs airtight compliance, have an attorney review your specific practices.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact form (/contact): your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you select, and your message.
  • Booking form (/book and the "Book a session" embeds on service pages): your name, email, and whatever else our scheduling form asks for to set up a call. That form is provided by Fillout, a third-party scheduling service — your submission goes directly to them (see "Third-party service providers" below).
  • Direct email: if you email us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you visit, referring and exit pages, time spent, and general usage patterns, along with cookies and similar identifiers set by our analytics tools (see "Cookies" below). We also log the IP address and user agent of anyone who submits the contact form, for spam prevention and fraud protection.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • Schedule and manage consultation calls
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate
  • Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We don't use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we don't use it to send unsolicited marketing email.

Cookies & similar technologies

  • Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (for example_ga, _ga_*) to measure site usage, and may share data with Google for advertising measurement purposes (see "Sale or sharing of information" below).
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics is a cookie-free analytics tool we use for basic traffic metrics — it doesn't use tracking cookies or collect personal identifiers.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile runs a privacy-preserving spam check on our contact form. It isn't used for advertising tracking.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect Google Analytics but won't affect your ability to use the contact form or book a call.

Third-party service providers

We share information with the following service providers, solely to operate the Site and deliver our services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security, spam prevention (Turnstile), and our privacy-first web analytics.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage analytics.
  • Resend — delivers the email notification generated when you submit the contact form.
  • Fillout — powers our booking form; if you use/book, your submission is processed directly by Fillout.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we don't share it with anyone for purposes unrelated to operating this Site.

Affiliate disclosure: some links on this Site (for example, to Make.com and Knack) are affiliate/referral links. If you sign up through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn't change how your personal information is handled — we don't send your information to those companies just because you clicked a link.

Sale or sharing of information (California)

We do not sell personal information for money. Under the CPRA's broader definition of "sharing" — which can cover certain cross-context advertising and analytics arrangements — our use of Google Analytics could be considered "sharing" if Google links Site usage data with advertising identifiers. We don't otherwise share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you're a California resident and want to opt out of this kind of sharing, email us at [email protected] and we'll disable Google Analytics for your visits going forward, or use your browser's cookie controls or an ad- or analytics-blocking extension to prevent these cookies from being set in the first place.

Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we've collected, used, and disclosed about you in the past 12 months
  • Delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (see above)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
  • Designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf

To exercise any of these rights, email[email protected] from the address associated with your request. We'll verify your request using the information you've already given us and respond within the time required by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Residents of other U.S. states

If you live in a state with its own comprehensive privacy law (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have similar rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll handle your request under whichever law applies to you.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting; we don't currently respond to it, because there's no standard way for websites to interpret it consistently. We also don't currently detect or act on Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you'd like your analytics preference honored manually, email us and we'll turn off analytics tracking for you.

Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business owners and professionals. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to the relevant provider's default settings (Google Analytics: 14 months by default).

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including Cloudflare's infrastructure and encrypted secrets management — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. We encourage you to check back periodically.
