Integromat Maintenance Agreement

  1. Services included in this agreement are listed below:

    1. Provide maintenance when a scenario is getting errors

    2. Provide assistance if a scenario is not working as originally designed

    3. Handle failed executions

    4. Turn scenario back on when a scenario is turned off due to errors

  2. Admin access to your Integromat account must be granted to Wiseflow 

  3. All scenarios will be reviewed for eligibility upon the order being placed. If a scenario is not eligible you will be contacted by Wiseflow to let you know what needs to be done to make the scenario eligible.

  4. Errors happening after a scenario edit performed by someone outside of Wiseflow will not be covered by this maintenance agreement

  5. Maintenance work not covered by this agreement will be charged at a rate of $110/hour

  6. Wiseflow reserves the right to cancel the monitoring and maintenance service for a scenario at all times. A refund will be issued when appropriate

  7. You will be charged for the service for each scenario every month from the day of purchase until you cancel. You allow Wiseflow LLC to charge your credit card on a recurring basis. 

  8. The minimum commitment is 3 months. You can cancel at any time after the initial 3 months. To cancel please email [email protected]
